eXercise is an application developed by Kasper Johansson (kasperjo@kth.se) with the aim of helping individuals achieve their fitness goals. The app is structured into three main sections:
- Muscle/Strength: This section offers workouts tailored to enhance muscle growth and strength. The daily updates ensure that each session remains challenging and unique.
- Crossfit WODs: Here, users can access various popular Crossfit workouts, known as WODs, designed to test both endurance and strength.
- High Intensity Training: The final section presents a blend of strength and stamina routines curated by certified personal trainer Daniel Luthman (daniel.luthman@sats.se). With extensive experience in the fitness industry, Daniel has conducted over 4,500 hours of private training sessions and led more than 1,000 group classes focusing on high-intensity training, mobility exercises, weight lifting, gymnastics, Olympic lifts, and cross-training.
